Order scope and preparation
We ship only to destinations offered for the current cart at checkout. We normally prepare an accepted order in about 1–2 business days. After dispatch, transit is estimated at roughly 2–4 business days, but carrier timing is not guaranteed.
Any free-shipping eligibility and delivery charge are determined at checkout. Customers must provide an accurate recipient name, street and unit details, city, region, postal code, email, and telephone number. Restrictions may apply to particular destinations or products.
We send tracking updates when a carrier supplies them. For a delay, lost parcel, delivered scan without receipt, or shipping damage, contact us with the order number, checkout email, tracking number, and photos when relevant so we can review the event.
