Returns and exchanges
We accept returns of both defective and non-defective merchandise, and we accept exchange requests. A request must reach us within 30 days after delivery. Non-defective returns, including a change of mind, personal preference, or selection error, must be new, unused, in original condition, and include the original packaging, labels, and accessories.
Returns are made by mail. A free return label is included in the package, and we do not charge a restocking fee. Do not mail an item without authorization. Exchanges depend on available inventory.
Send the order number, checkout email, and reason for the request. For damage, defect, wrong merchandise, missing parts, or a material difference from the description, also provide photos or video of the item and packaging. Once approved, a refund is returned to the original payment method and processed within 10 days.
